Leadership and Influence: Once you learn the techniques of true Leadership and Influence, you will be able to build the confidence it takes to take the lead. The more experience you have acting as a genuine leader, the easier it will be for you. It is never easy to take the lead, as you will need to make decisions and face challenges, but it can become natural and rewarding.

Servant Leadership: With our “Servant Leadership” course, participants will discover the specifics of how servant leadership works and how it can benefit both leaders and employees! Objectives will include: Definition of Servant Leadership, Know the characteristics of servant leadership, recognize the barriers of servant leadership, learn to be a mentor and motivator, and practice self-reflection

Women in Leadership: With the Women in Leadership course, participants will learn how women are changing the workforce. Through this course, participants will gain a new perspective on the workforce, and what benefits can come from hiring and promoting women to higher positions.  Objectives include: The leadership gap between men and women, learn about women in various powerful positions, discuss different traits associated with women in management, understand the different barriers facing women in leadership positions, and learn about the benefits of having women in the workforce.
