OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
Here’s How Our Simple 5-Step Process Works (Please Read Thoroughly):
Step 1: Confirm Eligibility
First you’ll need to confirm your eligibility. To qualify for our program, you must (1) be willing and able to pay a $40 monthly service fee (for an individual) or $79 (for a couple) (which does not begin until the following month after enrollment); (2) be willing and able to commit to at least 6 months of service (although your service time may vary, could be less or more); (3) be willing to obtain a copy of your credit report as instructed prior to enrolling; (4) be committed to thoroughly reading and understanding all terms of service; (5) be committed to working WITH the program and respond to requested information in a timely manner, and (6) be willing & able to afford our one-time enrollment fee of $75 (for an individual) or $150 (for a couple) at the time of completing enrollment. Our enrollment and service fees are the absolute, most affordable fees. You will be required to pay $12.00 per debt you want validated on your credit report. This covers the certified letters sent to the most recent reporting company, and copies of the letters to the 3 major credit bureaus.
Step 2: Obtain Credit Report
Obtain a copy of your credit report from all 3 major credit bureau if you do not already have one within the last 30 days. If you have a saved hard copy of your credit report, then you may fax or email it to us at email@example.com Fax: 855.743.6422
Step 3: Complete Enrollment Forms
Complete our enrollment forms. Privacy is very important and your information will never be shared.
Step 4: Schedule Consultation
Once you have completed the enrollment form you will be contacted to schedule a free 30 minutes consultation to ensure you qualify for the program. We will also verify your personal information, review our terms of service to ensure you understand them, explain our expectations for you as well as what you can expect from us, and we will also answer or clarify any specific questions that you might have in which have not already been answered. For your convenience, we like to keep these calls to a maximum of 30 minutes. If you need to cancel or reschedule this appointment, please be sure to contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (1-561-841-6670) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This way, we will not expend too much unnecessary time preparing for an appointment that’s not going to happen. If you do not give us at least 24 hours notice, then you will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee. In addition to this, if you cancel/reschedule more than once, you will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee. We hate to impose fees such as this. However, due to all of the abuse we’ve received regarding our time, it has been extremely necessary. Thank you for understanding!
Step 5: Sign Agreement
Upon completion of our credit report and budget consultation appointments, you will be required to sign and return our Service Agreement within 48 hours. We will also begin the validation process within 7 business days of enrollment. Furthermore, upon completion of your consultation appointment, we will complete your setup and enrollment process and you will then be required to pay the $75 Enrollment Fee only (or $150 for couples). Your monthly service fee will begin on either the 1st or the 15th (your choice) of the following month. (Note: You are purchasing holistic service, that will require validation of debt plus all 3 major credit bureaus and will receive affordable enrollment, quick & convenient enrollment, outstanding customer service, results in as little as 55 days or less, an improved credit score, plus the ultimate personal satisfaction when you reach your goal.
